Fees and Accreditations
Our Fees
- We charge £100 plus VAT for individual MIAMs meetings online and £130 if in person including VAT. We do not charge any extra for a certificate if that is needed.
- We charge £220 per person for full mediation for 1.5 hours online or £230 if in person. All including VAT.
- We charge £220 to £260 per person for an open financial statement depending on complexity. This includes a summary and collated bundle of documents which helps when legal advice is taken usually after a second full mediation meeting.
- We charge £220 per person for the memorandum of understanding. All inclusive of VAT. The memorandum of understanding does not have to be provided and we tailor all documents and meetings to you. Solicitors will often ask for a memorandum of understanding where you would like advice for them to prepare a consent order on finances to be sent to the court. Where there is a consent order this means that agreement is reached without the need for expensive court hearings.
- We can where clients wish to discuss arrangements for children, obtain a family mediation voucher to help with the cost of mediation (£500 in total).

Arrange a Mediation Information
& Assessment Meeting
We can send an information pack to you. Please let us have your contact details and we can send a pack to you inviting you to book in for an initial meeting. If you would like one sent to your former partner too please let us have details for you both.
On receipt of the pack if you would like to have an initial meeting (Mediation information and assessment meeting (MIAM)) please contact us with any queries and to book in your in person or online individual meeting.
