All Issues Mediation

All Issues Mediation, face to face or online.

All Issues family Mediation is the mediation process when couples who are separating need to resolve issues surrounding both finances and children’s arrangements.

A mediator will help you both structure your discussions so you are able to logically work though the many issues in a neutral, safe, calm environment without the expensive and lengthy process of going to court.

When children are involved it is important that the best arrangements are found as quickly and amicably as possible. Finding the best solution quickly is imperative so that the children are settled and everybody knows what is happening. All too often this process can be drawn out by disagreements over the division of financial assets and ongoing support.

Money is a very emotive issue. In order for mediation to work you will both need to be open and honest about your respective financial positions. During financial mediation you will be asked to collate financial information (including any pensions or business interests) so that an open financial statement can be prepared.

A mediator will be impartial, they will help you to communicate and structure your discussions, logically working through your issues to help you find fair solutions as quickly as possible. Where parents would like to talk about children in mediation a family mediation council voucher scheme may be available which could provide £500 towards the cost of the full mediation. This is not means tested.
