Nicolette Zarka is a professional practice consultant trained through Resolution. Whether you have recently completed mediation foundation training or you are an experienced professional you may be interested in mentoring to support you in developing your skills or through reflective learning.
Ways we can work with you
Nicolette sees mediators who work alone or in a small practice as well as solicitors working within law firms as mediators. Nicolette can come and see you at your place of work, online, over the telephone or a combination of these.
Nicolette offers co mediation. She can also hold regular supervision with individuals as well as ad hoc calls on more complex issues. Nicolette can offer peer group supervision.
From time to time firms of solicitors invite Nicolette in to offer mentoring to newly trained mediators in their family team. She is always on hand to discuss how mediation can work where family departments might make use of group discussions.
